The Roman Conspiracy

We plan to stab Caesar to death in front of everyone, as a group. It will be painless for Caesar and bloody to send a message to the citizens that he was a tyrant who was too ambitious for their well-being. 

We are going to go to the altar after we kill Caesar. We are going to convice the Roman citizens that we are in the right and Caesar was a tyrant. We have even convinced Mark Antony to speak at his funeral and speak for us. 

Mission

As much as it pains me to say it, our main goal is to kill Julius Caesar. I love this man, but my love for the freedom and liberty for all Roman citizens far surpases my love for any man. 

We for our plan to work entirely we need to have the majority of Roman on  ourside. To do this we need to have them doughting Caesar prior to his death. We've selected metellus to go and present a case to Caesar. He's going to ask for his brother to be removed from exile. We know that Caesar will turn this down and in the process he will seem a tyrant. 

Decius has gratefully taken the task of luring Caesar into the Capitol. He is quite a flatterer and I, along with the rest of the conspirators, have total faith in him.
